I am a huge horror nerd, specially creature horror. There is something about the design donned by Boris Karloff in the 1931 adaptation of the story that has always been appealing to me. The film inspired me to become an artist and this is my way to paying homage to such a classic. I sculpted the portrait in Zbrush, texturing was done in Substance Painter, and the final render was put together inside of Maya.
