3D Printing Miniatures

I am a big TTRPG nerd and I love miniatures. Out of that love, came this project in which I wanted to monetize my own series of miniatures for table top gaming. Ultimately, I desided to monetize my illustrations instead, but I still design and print my own minis for my own collection. Here are some examples of that project.

This was the first mini I created for the project, Huggy the beserker.

I was also designing the monster values for the minis and Huggy was a large creature in the game world. So to reflect that, I desided to go for this scale instead.

My idea was to get as much milage out of one asset. So, my sculpted assets need to account for both 3D printed and illustration assets. This is a promotional graphic I made in which you can see I am using my Huggy sculpt for multiple purposes.

Some examples of the test miniatures. my plan was to sell them online, so I needed to make sure that my files would print well for others.

Part of my marketing strategy included sending samples to local gaming stores. So I 3D printed a stencil with my logo to put in boxes.
